Tracheostomy support must be delivered carefully and consistently. We provide support according to participant plans and clinical guidance, focusing on calm routines and clear escalation.

- Routine checks and support tasks within training/competency
- Positioning support and comfort measures
- Observing for changes and escalating promptly
- Documentation aligned to the participant’s plan
